At Fly2USA by Travel N Lifestyle, we strive to provide the best travel services and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of travel products (flights, visas, and packages), our refund and return policies follow industry standards and partner terms.
1. Flight Bookings
- Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s fare rules and policies.
- Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded but may be eligible for rescheduling (change fees may apply).
- Refund requests for refundable tickets may take 7–21 business days to process, depending on the airline.
- A service fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Visa Assistance Services
- Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted to the embassy or consulate.
- If the application is withdrawn before submission, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative charges.
- We are not responsible for visa rejections by embassies or consulates.
3. Tour Packages
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour start date may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on third-party provider terms.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of travel or for “no-show” situations.
- Any refund is subject to deduction of booking and processing charges.
4. Service Fees
- All service fees (consultation, handling, support charges) are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Refund Process
- To request a refund, contact us at: support@travelnlifestyle.com with your booking reference number.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on the service and provider, typically 7–30 business days.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or refunds due to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
